A modern conference room enclosed in frosted glass, empty and ready

Security and trust

Designed to help groups keep clear records.

Not a substitute for your own good judgement — a structured, time-stamped record of meetings and agreed work, with real, verifiable limits on what changes and who can see what.

Your organisation's data stays yours

Every board, meeting, agenda and minute is isolated to the organisation it belongs to, enforced at the database level — not only by the application. A board's own sub-committees are isolated the same way.

Approved minutes don't quietly change

Once a minute version is approved, it stays exactly as approved. A correction creates a new, clearly marked version — never a silent edit to the original record.

Departed members keep what they attended

Someone who leaves a board retains read access to the packs and minutes of meetings they actually attended, and loses access to everything else. This is a governance expectation, not an afterthought.

AI-assisted features remain subject to review

Where Aboardable uses AI to help draft an agenda or a minute, nothing is approved automatically. A human confirms the final record every time.

What we don’t claim

We won’t tell you Aboardable provides legally guaranteed evidence, university-approved proof, fully automated governance, or error-free AI minutes. It doesn’t carry an enterprise compliance certification, and we won’t claim one it doesn’t have. You remain responsible for approving the final meeting record — that responsibility never moves to the software.
