Usage limits for this plan are still being finalised: we won’t publish numbers we haven’t settled on. This is a starting price for an early product, not a promise that it stays this price forever. It isn’t live billing yet: opening a board today does not charge you anything.
AI, optional
Aboardable runs its own AI provider accounts, so you never need to obtain, manage or pay a provider for an API key yourself. When you choose to use AI, it draws down prepaid credits that belong to your board or organisation, not to any one person’s account.
Rather than asking you to think in raw tokens, the intended choice is a plain one: Economy, Balanced or Premium, with the actual provider and model always shown beneath whichever you pick, never hidden.
A plain-language comparison of what each tier is good at, an estimate of what an action will cost before you run it, and a maximum charge that’s never silently exceeded are all planned. None of that (credits, metering or charging) is built or live yet; this section describes where AI pricing is heading, not something you can spend against today.
